Kicking Basics Course

In my 20’s, I loved kicking… but as I got older, kicking became harder and harder. By the time I hit 50, I had to figure out how to keep kicking without hurting my knees, hips, and back.

Good news–I figured it out! Now, in this 3-class course, I’ll share the tips and drills that helped me maintain my balance, strength, and flexibility. I think they’ll help you, too!

In Class #1 [57 min.], we’ll build the foundation for faster, stronger kicks without throwing any kicks! We’ll also discuss the powerful concept of “kime” and how it applies to success on and off the mats.

In Class #2 [53 min.], we’ll continue building the foundation for all kicks by breaking down the front and back kick in theory and in motion. We’ll also discuss how training can be used as a way to “reveal and heal” yourself.

In Class #3 [1 hr], get ready to throw a LOT of kicks! Applying the drills from Class #1 and #2, we’ll practice 12 kicks and 5 combos with a focus on practical self-defense. Grab a water bottle and towel for this one!

I hope you’ll enjoy this blend of theory, philosophy, and working out as much as I did!

Get ready to learn and burn! 🙂

I’ve got more courses and classes coming soon, so hop on my email list to get updates.
